All Sales Are Final

Since every item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please refer to our size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Donut Guy Streetwear is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
